The median sale/list price for homes shows a general decrease in the first half of the year, with a lowest point in May at $379,950, followed by a significant increase in the second half of the year, reaching a peak of $522,500 in December. There are some fluctuations, but overall, the trend is upward.

The median sale price per square foot shows a fluctuating trend throughout the year with a high of $241.509 in November and a low of $176.151 in January. However, overall, the median sale price per square foot shows an increasing trend from January ($176.151) to June ($221.108) and then a decreasing trend from June to December ($204.371).

The median sale price to list price ratio remained consistent at 1.0 for the first nine months of 2023, but saw a slight increase in July (1.013) and August (1.038), before returning to 1.0 for the rest of the year.
